Social issues are something I love to read and write about. In this book, the author talks about two completely different issues, but the solution to both of them is “Freedom”, free from the pressure of society and Freedom from other, Freedom to live life in their ways.
There are 2 stories in the book one talks about one of the major and serious issues “Human Trafficking”, Honey the main character of the story tries to solve a case of human trafficking and help the victims of in, but on the other hand it’s a story of Rasbeen, stressed depressed and under pressure of scoring good.
I love the fact that how 2 different issues are combined under 1 title perfectly. In the first story, it was a Freedom from some unwanted people to stop human trafficking and in the case of Rasbeen it was Freedom from the social pressure of getting good marks. While human trafficking is itself a horrifying thing to even think of, the stress and pressure from society is really dangerous too, every year number of Childers after not getting the marks they wanted, they just kill themselves, and even if they don’t say it own their own the pressure directly or indirectly is from the society. and human trafficking, well it’s the biggest sin what else can be said about it. Both of them are a serious curse to the society and the author has shown in very beautifully under one title. Its is the most heart touching book I have ever come across
